An Adventure Reframed

Last week, our local students went back to school. This change in season signals to many businesses, and certainly our own, to press the gas pedal toward end of year. But before we do that, I feel called to reflect on how quickly 2025 has moved and to make sure we’re headed in the direction we want to go.

In other words: What do I want my business (and life) to look like when the clock turns to 2026?

I didn’t have to sit with the question long before photography captured my attention. From the beginning, Doodling Pandas Creative has been built on four cornerstones: brand identity, web design, graphic design, and photography. The first three naturally intertwined, and packages and systems came together intuitively. Photography, though always present, has asked for more: more support, more infrastructure, more intentionality in how we serve clients through it.

Photography is a natural fourth corner in this shiny diamond of visual identity services. It’s also a service I’ve long been passionate about. Custom-curated brand photos increase customer trust and conversion rates. They elevate every design, replacing stock images with authenticity and professionalism. In web design especially, they tell your story in a way words alone cannot.

Then there’s family photography, a seasonal but beloved offering that has always been a heartfelt pursuit. It’s a way to freeze time, to capture life’s most human side, and to create something deeply meaningful for clients beyond their business needs.

The challenge has never been offering these services. It has been in creating the right systems to give photography clients the unique, seamless experience they deserve while still keeping everything aligned with the Doodling Pandas brand. As I reflected on this new season, the answer was clear: it’s time to support photography better.

With that, I’m excited to introduce Frozen in Focus by Doodling Pandas Creative.

Frozen in Focus is the home for our brand and family photography services. It’s all about authentic storytelling, capturing your why through curated shoots designed to showcase personality in a refined, elevated way.

Why a different name?

While all of Doodling Pandas’ services have their own identities, photography requires a different kind of system and client experience. By giving it its own dedicated home, we’ve made things simpler and more intuitive. From booking to galleries, photo clients now have a space created just for them, without having to sift through our full menu of creative offerings (unless of course, you want to).

And yet, Frozen in Focus is not separate. It’s still Doodling Pandas. One brand, one vision, one mission: to help you tell your story, authentically and effectively.
